Read the source. Check the model. Use a common framework to turn supplier information into a better procurement decision.

01 / Scope & placement
What this guide evaluates.
This directory is a procurement guide, not an independent certification body. Listing numbers come from the supplied 18-company supplier directory and do not represent manufacturing capability rankings.
The framework identifies the questions that matter when comparing an HVLS fan offer. The directory includes HVLS specialists and adjacent fan or ventilation suppliers; inclusion does not establish that every listed company supplies every product category.
Weights describe the framework.
The percentages below total 100%. They are not individual supplier scores, a completed audit or a claim that every listed supplier has been assessed against all six dimensions. The current directory does not publish comparable numerical scores for every supplier.
All records are presented using the same evidence framework. Listing numbers are directory references. The site's commercial relationship, paid listing services and inquiry routing are explained in the ownership and commercial disclosure.
02 / Published evaluation framework
Six dimensions. A clear evidence request.
Use these dimensions to organize a comparison of the exact equipment and service scope offered. Decide the requirements and acceptance conditions for your project before reviewing supplier proposals.
Published emphasis100% total
01
Manufacturing capability and capacity
20%
Establish who manufactures or assembles the offered equipment and whether the production scope fits your order.
Evidence to request
Legal manufacturing entity, factory address, in-house and outsourced operations, inspection records, traceability and a production plan for the proposed quantity.
Review point
A factory photograph or catalogue does not establish ownership, available capacity or which operations take place on site.
02
Product performance and reliability
20%
Assess the exact fan, drive and controller against the building brief and operating duty.
Evidence to request
Model datasheet, applicable performance reports, test conditions, power input, sound data, mounting loads, maintenance instructions and relevant service records.
Review point
Compare equivalent operating conditions. A coverage claim without a layout or measurement basis leaves a project assumption unresolved.
03
Export experience and delivery
20%
Check the ability to prepare, document and deliver the agreed order to your destination.
Evidence to request
Relevant destination experience, production milestones, packing details, gross weights, document language, named delivery terms and responsibility for transport.
Review point
Record when lead time starts and what it includes. Confirm any reference project with an appropriate source before relying on it.
04
Certifications and compliance
15%
Match relevant documents to the offered configuration and the requirements of the destination market.
Evidence to request
Complete certificates or reports, issuing organization, manufacturer identity, covered models, standards, validity information and configuration scope.
Review point
A logo or company management-system certificate does not establish the compliance or performance of every fan model.
05
Technical support and OEM capability
15%
Define the engineering, customization and after-sales work the supplier can deliver for the project.
Evidence to request
Layout and mounting documentation, controller support, OEM approval process, change-control terms, spare-part identifiers and named service responsibilities.
Review point
Separate document support from on-site installation and labor. Agree which entity supplies each service and at what cost.
06
Procurement value
10%
Compare the complete cost and commercial scope over the planned use of the equipment.
Use the same quantity and scope. Purchase price alone leaves delivery, installation, energy and service costs unresolved.
No numerical scoring scale, supplier scorecard or independently verified league table is published here. Keep the source and unresolved questions visible when applying the framework to your own procurement.
03 / Sources & evidence
Read the status with the statement.
Profiles use the supplied supplier directory, official domains, public product materials and supplier-provided information. Source notes and confidence statements describe the information available in a record. They do not extend one checked fact to every claim on the profile.
Supplier-provided
A statement or file supplied by a brand or supplier.
Buyer action: Request the current document and identify the entity, model and scope it covers.
Public product information
Information recorded from an official website or public product material.
Buyer action: Check the original page and date. A published supplier claim still needs supporting evidence for an order.
Requires supplier confirmation
A field or claim that needs a direct answer or supporting material.
Buyer action: Keep it as an open question in the quotation comparison.
Not publicly disclosed
Sufficient public information is unavailable in the profile.
Buyer action: Do not infer that a capability is present or absent. Ask the supplier.
Pending document review
Supporting technical files still need review.
Buyer action: Check the requested files before treating the relevant claim as established.
Website visibility is a separate reference.
The directory displays stored Domain Authority values collected from Ubersuggest Domain Overview. These are research snapshots of a third-party SEO metric. DA is not one of the six procurement dimensions and does not establish manufacturing capability, certification validity or delivery performance. See the DA source and comparison rules for more detail.
04 / Technical comparisons
Make the conditions comparable.
Similar headline specifications can describe different operating conditions. Ask for the basis behind any figure that affects fan quantity, layout, cost or acceptance.
Record these details with the proposed model
Comparison
Information to match
Airflow & coverage
Exact model, speed setting, measurement method, mounting height, building layout and occupied-zone measurement locations.
Noise
Sound metric and weighting, measurement distance, background conditions, operating speed and the tested assembly.
Power & energy
Electrical input at a stated operating point, controller configuration, operating hours and the tariff used in any cost estimate.
Drive & service
Motor and controller models, duty conditions, maintenance schedule, compatible parts and responsibility for service labor.
Project fit
Mounting structure, clearances from the selected model instructions, electrical supply, obstructions and installation responsibilities.
For certificates and test reports, check the named manufacturer, model scope, issuing body and current applicability. A report for a different assembly or operating point needs clarification before it supports your proposed configuration.
Give each bidder the same floor plan, clear height, operating conditions, electrical supply, quantity and destination. Identify the drawing revision.
02
Record the evidence
For each dimension, record the source, model, document date, scope and questions still awaiting an answer. Keep sales statements distinct from checked documents.
03
Resolve the gaps
Obtain missing files and clarify differences in the offers. An unresolved critical requirement stays open; a strong result in another category does not resolve it.
04
Compare and agree acceptance
Review equivalent technical and commercial scope. Record your selection reasons and agree the inspection, commissioning and handover deliverables in the order.
Read the source, date and status together on any brand profile. Request documents for the proposed model before relying on a supplier claim.
Sources
Supplier list, official website and available public product information
Information status
Check each profile for its stated review date and outstanding verification.
Practical next step
Request the current datasheet, applicable reports, mounting documentation and quotation for the exact configuration.
The framework update date and a profile review date describe different records. Neither is a certificate expiry date or a promise that availability, pricing or specifications remain current.
07 / Common questions
How to interpret the framework.
Are the percentages supplier scores?
No. They are the published weights of the six procurement dimensions. This site does not publish a completed numerical assessment for every supplier. A weight indicates the intended emphasis of a dimension, not a result achieved by a listed company.
Does a missing field reduce a supplier score?
The directory does not convert missing information into a published numerical score. An unknown field remains an information gap. Request evidence from the supplier and record whether it resolves the requirement for your project.
Does a review date mean a factory was audited?
A profile review date indicates when its information was reviewed. It does not establish that an on-site audit, independent product test or certificate authentication occurred. A specific verification claim needs its own stated basis and scope.
Do paid listings or DA affect the evaluation weights?
The published framework has no dimension for payment or domain authority. Paid listing services buy the agreed exposure. Ubersuggest DA is a website visibility reference. None of these establishes a supplier performance score.
08 / Corrections & updates
Keep the evidence current.
Company identities, official domains, product lines and supporting files can change. Check the source and review date on the relevant profile, then obtain current project documents before ordering.
Send a correction to [email protected] with the page URL, statement to change, proposed correction, source or document, and its date and model scope where relevant. Evidence is reviewed before a change is published; this page does not promise a fixed review interval.
